Horizon CT9.3 Stops Randomly
Hi, we have a Horizon CT9.3 treadmill that has developed an issue where it randomly stops. I have tried all the solutions I could find online - belt tension and lubrication seemed to be the common ones. I think the belt is straight and tightened correctly. It is also lubricated well.
I thought maybe it was an overheating issue, but after it stops the motor is cool so I don't think that is it. For some reason I keep thinking it is a sensor issue. It stops as if the safety clip that you attach to yourself came out but it didn't. Is there something in this area that can cause this that I can change or fix? Maybe it is something else entirely... any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
