Cybex 300T motor brush holder

I have a Cybex 300T that has recently developed an issue. One of the brushes burned up and melted/distorted the brush holder. I bought a new pair of brushes but when I went to install them I found the holder issue. Also the cap had to be chipped off. What information is needed to purchase a brush holder and cap and where can I go to purchase these items. The motor is a Baldor 2hp.

    Sorry we do not carry those caps, I don't know of any place you can purchase those.
