Clicking noise from motor

I live in a remote northern community - so no access to repair help. The motor has started making this clicking noise, is there an easy / obvious problem that causes this?

    it sounds like Its coming from motor, check the speed sensor and speed sensor disk on end of motor sounds like that is where the noise is coming from.
