Proform Treadmill Firmware Issues
Hi, I have a Proform 300i model # PFTL39715.0 treadmill.
Recently I connected the iFIT app for the first time and it automatically started updating the firmware and failed midway. I tried a few things after that but nothing has helped and the display is blank and the machine unresponsive. The bluetooth is active in the background, but the firmware will simply not update.
In all probabilities, the firmware is corrupt and needs a new download.
Is it possible to fix this ourselves? Where would I be able to find a copy of the original or latest firmware?
I have tried contacting iFIT and ICON Canada and the support has been poor to say the least. Ontario has entered lockdown again, and this is the absolute worst time to encounter these issues.
