Treadmill stuck inclined

Reebok 910 treadmill. I have tried to calibrate and the machine moves up a little and then back to the inclined position. Any ideas?

I took the incline motor off. The motor moves the screw but only a few turns up and down then stops. Could it be the sensor and do you sell them?
