NordicTrack 9500 Elite Pro control panel generally not working, unable to recalibrate

Occasionally the machine will work normally after being powered down for a while, but usually that does not help. We are unable to effect changes in speed (always slow) or incline lately. I've been able to Recalibrate Incline on the Maintenance menu, but when I try to Recalibrate Speed, it says "Not Yet Implemented" and the only option is "Finish."
