Sole F83 Elevation Error

Powers up ok, but when I hit "Start", I see a flash of the number "3" on the display, and the whole machine starts the boot up procedure again. Scrolling display says, "Elevation Error".
I tried Calibration, but when it gets to incline, it again says Elevation Error.
I've replaced the Display Board twice, thank you Sole, but problem still exists.
What to look into next?

    I would contact sole direct.

    I've eliminated the "Elevation Error" by powering the incline motor to max incline. (With power off the machine) However, the machine still flashes "3", and goes into restart when I hit Start.
