Sole F85 Treadmill Speed Issue

Just got a used sole F85. Everything appears to work, other than the speed control. It will speed up after pushing the increase speed buttons but it will not slow back down if i adjust it. Example, I will set it to 6mph, belt will speed up, then when I attempt to slow it down to 2mph, the motor does not change and keeps running at 6mph. It also will keep spinning at the 6mph even after I hit the "stop" button. Only way to stop the machine is to remove the safety key. Any idea what this could be?

    Need a stop button and speed down button, what are the first 6 digits of the serial number?

    I believe the serial number is 585888. I will mention that the speed will show being decreased on the display when the "slow" button is pressed. And the display will show everything being "paused workout" and then "end of workout" when I push the stop button. Would a new stop and speed down button correct this?
