Treadmill belt not resting over deck. Horizon T202-4 (TM726)

This new treadmill is working well but in a previous treadmill I had the belt was touching the deck. When in use I can hear the "clap clap clap" when my feet touches the belt and the belt touches the deck after that. I don't see any cracks, but I noted the rollers are higher than the deck. Is this normal? The belt tension is right I guess (less tension and the belt slips) Please see a short video here:

That is pretty normal, its most likely a 1 ply belt and the do do that, nothing to worry about.
