I have reset and unplugged the treadmill. It was used a handful of times while on trying to connect to iFit the power completely shut off. Now there is no power to the console. When plugged in, there is a red light on the motherboard. No cables are fried/brown, etc. Is there a possible blown fuse that I can locate and repair. I have looked everywhere and can not locate a fuse. HHEEELLPPP

    No fuse, if you have a light lite on the lower board that tells you that you have AC power coming into unit. If you have a voltmeter you can check to see if you have power going to console on the red wire & the black wire should be between 8 to 12 vdc.

    I have the same issue as Jessnhew and model. I lost my safety key. Could this be the reason the treadmill will not respond. If so, which safety key model should I order.

    Yes you need a safety key for unit to operate.
