code 11 on an Image10.4qi

in Treadmill Problems
I have an Image 10.4qi treadmill, when I start it the speed goes up to 1mph and can't be increased. I can decrease it to o but I can't increase it again unless I shut it off and start over again. There is an 11 in the window where the time is.

    I think you have a issue with your upper console, if You have the complete model number off your Treadmill I can see if those are still available.
