Control Panel on Proform Trailrunner 2.0 not working

I have a Proform Trailrunner 2.0. Love the treadmill till last night when I went to run, the machine turns on but the none of the button work on the control panel (quick speed/incline buttons, volume, start/stop). The touch screen in the center works and I can still set speed and incline using that, however I cannot make any adjustments mid run since none of the buttons work. Is there a fuse or some sort of reset? I've tried turning on/off and unplugging to no avail. I looked in the manual and it tells me nothing. Any one ever have this problem or have any ideas on a possible fix?

Sounds like it may be in the membrane and those parts are N.L.A ,but you can try to take console apart unplug ribbon cable from membrane to console and clean connection and they plug it back in.
