Nordictrack c1600 lubrication

Good evening all. How often should I be lubing my c1600 pro? I weigh 180 and run about 80km per week on it. My wife walks on it 3 tikes a week as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would lube it about 4 times a year.
