Sole f63

I have a sole f63 that I have had for two years. When running on the treadmill there is a metal clanking noise on the left side in the middle of the deck right near the deck cushion. There are no pivot points to lube metal on metal in that area. Any ideas?

    You can try to tighten deck down some ,it may be loose.

    How do you tighten the deck? I haven’t seen anything online about doing that. I have tightened the belt periodically, but nothing with the deck.

    You will need to remove the side rails to get access to the deck bolts.
