Replacing circuitboard Problem

I have a BH Fitness threadmill with a Endex DCMD67 circuitboard that is fried.
I was told to buy the DCMD68A as it replaces the obsolete DCMD67.

However the connectors are different (and less) and i dont know how to rewire the new circuitboard.
Can anyone help me ?
