Currently the "stop", "speed", and "incline" do not work when pushed, is it time for a new board?

You may want to try to unplug ribbon cable that goes from keypad to console. Where ribbon cable plugs into console you want to unplug that and clean that end with contact cleaner and then reinstall. If the problem is still there then a console would be needed and those are NLA. We do have a device that we have design which would take the place of a console and it would work only the incline up and down and speed up & down.
