Lifefitness Treadmill - Model TR-9500HR, Ser. no. HTL334569
Working on this treadmill. No display at all. I opened it up and it does have AC power going to the "Life Fitness AK58-00110-0001 power supply/Controller". There are no LED's lit up.
I opened that module up and the capacitor's are bad (bulging badly) on the filter board.
That filter board plugs into the rectifier/controller board. The fuses on that board are good. I checked the rectifier, and that checked out good.
I'm hoping just the caps will fix the issue, but I doubt it.
I have been looking for a manual for this unit, but not having any luck.
Am I on the right track?
