Matrix 7xi MX6 treadmill virtual active isn’t working
Hi guys,
I have a Matrix 7xi (CTM528 / MX6). Everything works fine, WiFi is working, no errors.
The problem is that Virtual Active does not appear anywhere in the workout menu.
But in Service Mode (3001) → Applications, I can see “Virtual Active” listed there.
There is no ON/OFF option, and I can’t find it in Workout Configuration or Feature Setup.
Does this mean Virtual Active is license-locked on this console, or is there some hidden way to enable it?
