NordicTrack Commercial 1750 Pulling too Many AMPs

NordicTrack Commercial 1750 (purchase new in 2019)
Model NTL14119.5
Replaced the motor control board in 2023
Dust and clean the machine regularly

If I increase my speed to 8mph or greater, the machine will shut off and the on/off power switch on the machine automatically flips to the off position.
At 2.5mph AMP meter reads 5.8 unloaded and 11 loaded (me walking).
Disconnected the motor drive belt and just running the motor alone at 2.5mph reads 3.5 unloaded.
Connected the motor drive belt to the front roller but took off all the tension on the walking so only the front roller spun at 2.5mph reads 3.5 unloaded.
Put tension back on the walking belt and again at 2.5mph reads 5.8 unloaded and 11 loaded.
Obviously, it's pulling too much power for some reason and tripping the on/off breaker in the power switch on the machine.
Assuming friction from somewhere is causing the high power draw?
Tension on the motor drive belt is good.
Deck surface and walking belt look fine.
All parts other than the motor control board are original.
Thinking it might be the walking belt or the rear roller...?
Rear roller doesn’t make any noise, no binding, and seems to spin just fine and quietly.
Not sure if it could be the motor or the motor control board if it runs normal when not spinning the walking belt??
I've never lubed the deck, manual says not to.

Any ideas?
Thanks for any feedback.
