NordicTrac Commercial 1750 won't boot

My machine is stuck in a loop trying to update the iFit app and I haven't been able to get through it. There is no manual reset button on this machine NTL14115.1 and it has version 2.18.23. There is a USB port on the console. Question is, if I can obtain the update file can I update via the USB? Also, NordicTrac just said they no longer provide any support and the console is likely failed. I stumbled across a class action suit for this issue and I'll inquire with the legal team about it. Anyone have luck with that yat?
