Horizon CT7.0 speed/power issued
Hi. I've had the above treadmill for a few years . got it used. It's been working fine and I've used silicone oil for the running belt.
However as of the past 12 runs or so it seems to have inconsistent speed and kind of herky jerky with the speed. I keep feeling like I'm going to trip when I'm walking.
It also keeps going slower and slower until I can literally make it stop.
I ran it with the cover off and I can see the motor and drive belt seem to be running properly and when it slows down to a stop as I mentioned the drive belt and motor slow and stop too.
Any assistance would be great.
Thank you.

Since this post I have investigated further. I checked the brushes are in good shape but the pwm is delivering irregular power to the motor.
I pulled the Q4 transistor and D4 transistor from the board and tested in my component tester.
The Q4 is responding out or range. So I ordered a new replacement on Amazon. Should be here in a few days and I'm hoping it will resolve the issue.
I will post results.
If anyone else has ideas that would be great.
