Having an issue where the speed up button does not work, or works very infrequently. Incline/decline and speed down work just fine.

    It almost seems like the button is "sticky" or stuck pressed.

    Button maybe is worn out, you may need to replace keypad if available still. what is the serial off unit?

    Hmm I’m not seeing a s/n. Might need to take the cover off. I do see a full replacement console on ebay that would probably do the trick. I haven’t seen just the keypad anywhere
