NordicTrack commercial 2450(NTL17221) problem
Hello everyone,
I recently replaced the controller on my treadmill, and it seems to be functioning well overall. I can start and stop the machine, and the incline/decline features are working fine without any load on the belt.
However, I’m experiencing a problem when I step on the belt. It slows down significantly or even stops moving if I apply pressure. During this time, the controller blinks red. I’ve checked the deck, and it appears to be in good condition. The belt is well-lubricated, and the tension seems to be just right—not too high or too low.
Does anyone have any advice on what might be causing this issue?
