Where is serial # in PaceMaster Bronze Basic

We were told it was near the power cord but there is no serial number there. We had a service technician here to check out a problem. He didn't see it anywhere including when he opened it up.

If I were ever to need a part for this I would NEED that serial number!

    No you won't need the serial number since pacemaster is no longer around, we have mostly all the parts for that treadmill.
