Pacemaster pro-plus

Hi. I have a Pacemaster pro-plus. I’ve had it in storage. I put it back together. When I put the safety key in, the treadmill turns on, flashes L6 in the distance window. When I press start the treadmill increases the speed. The stop button doesn’t work, neither does the faster/slower button. Is this a memory board issue? Thoughts?
