Sportstech F37 cracked running deck

The deck on my F37 has developed a major crack.
Any advice on how to get a new deck or replace it?

    Have had sportstech 37 for two years. Belt started slipping. Perhaps too much oil. Also there is a red light flashing on pcb. Any ideas please.

    Try tightening/adjusting the walking belt.
