Horizon T101 not powering up/no display

Power is good, magnetic switch good, circuit breaker good. When I flip the switch off/on I get one tiny LED to flash on motor control board and that's it. Flashes red just once each time it's turned on just for a split second. Otherwise this thing is completely dead, nothing else coming on. I made a short video of the small (and I mean small) LED that turns on but don't know how to post it.
