NordicTrack 1750 - NTL14221.2 - belt stopped moving

Hello Fellows,
My Nordictrack 1750 stopped towards the end of a workout and would not work again. console is working just fine and so is the incline/decline. upon start up, consoles boots up (Controller with solid red LED), upon manual start, the motor starts for a microsec (red LED starts to blink 4 times pause followed by 4 times in a loop). controller model is ICON - MC1648DLS - ZE0824 with white contacts. i had lubed the belt about a couple months ago and overall the machine looks good.

Hi Kevin, the controller in the link is for model NTL142210 where as my treadmill is NTL14221.2. Can you share a new link please ?
