Precor TRM 811 Noise

Hi. Getting a weird noise when I walking over 3.5. I feel like could be the belt (I've tried tighten at various tensions). I've also tried lubing the belt.
Could it be the drive belt? Or the deck?

incline it up partially and let me know if the noise goes away
