Troubleshoot SOLE F63 Treadmill - Help

Hi, I am looking for a simple way to determine whether the console is bad or the motor control board. The console is dead at this point. I don't want to guess at the part that needs to be replaced . How can I eliminate either the console or the motor control board? I have access to a digital voltmeter and a 12V power supply, if that helps the discussion.

    a good way to start is to locate the transformer connections on the lower board. There should be an input and an output. Disconnect the output and check to see if you have 12vdc coming out of the transformer. The machine must be plugged in and powered up. Call me @ 888-362-1105 x 330 if you have questions.
