Maintenance Advice Needed for Noisy Crosstrainer X15.9 (From Germany)

Appreciate any advice for eliminating the newly developed noise of my trust Germany elliptical. Tried WD-40 to no avail. Please see video linked below and let me know any recommendations. Thanks in advance!

This has a bearing that is going bad.
