Nordctrack Commercial 1750 power problem

I plug in the treadmill to a few sockets (ruling out any issues with the power source)

When power is applied to the treadmill, the only thing that happens is the blue Bluetooth LED lights up and I can hear the “hiss” of the speakers

Everything else is completely blank- the screen and all the buttons do nothing

I checked the wiring harness (disconnected and reconnected) no physical signs of pinching

I have not yet removed the covers…always wary of stripping things unless i am looking for something specific.

    This sounds as if there is a software issue with the console. does this machine have a SD card slot or USB slot on it?
