Urevo treadmill emergency STOP stays on

I used the Urevo under the desk treadmill. Hit emergency stop by mistake and it is blinking. It's been an hour and a half and I cannot start the treadmill. How do I turn the STOP off so I can use it again? Alternatively, does it automatically go off and how long does that take. Checked the manual and it doesn't say.

Is there a safety lock switch under the emergency stop button. if so, try resetting that switch
