Nordic Track C2450 console keeps resetting

I recently replaced the controller board in my C2450 with a MC-2100 Motor Control Board - With Transformer from treadmill doctor. After replacing the board the motor is running fine but the console screen will randomly reset interuppting the workout. The belt continues to run and the controls on the handle work, but the screen resets interrupting the workout.

The LED light on the control board remains off during this interruption.

you might check for a loose wire inside the console
