Sole F85 E7 Error

My F85 recently started issuing an E7 error upon start up. The belt will try to start then fail to start within 3 seconds then an E7 error message appears. If I try an reset the treadmill by unplugging it then helping it start by walking on the belt to get it started it will eventually run but normally between 6 to 10 minutes to get the system to start. If I stop the treadmill while it is warmed up it will start up on its own normally but not first thing in the morning while it is cooled off.

    That is most likely a failed motor controller. do you have the serial number?
