Incline calibration failed EXP7i

I have a Nordictrack treadmill and the incline calibration keeps failing. I finally got in touch with a service agent to get a technician to come check it out while I still had a warranty, but instead they sent a new incline motor. I just installed it and the calibration still failed. What is wrong with it?
Its a EXP7i treadmill model number NTL10421.3


  • your best bet would be to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they have an update for the software/firmware. in my experience, this is caused by corrupted software in the console.
