PRO-FORM XP 620 SPEED CONTROL DOES NOT WORK

When the START button is pressed the speed jumps immediately to full speed. Pressing the speed control buttons does not help. The motor does turn off when the STOP button is pressed. Is there a RESET button somewhere or is there a speed controller that needs to be replaced? Ideas/suggestions?

This is a motor controller failure. do you have the specific model number of the xp620?
