What is wrong with this treadmill?! (pics and video attached)
There is a distinct click when it is turned on, which I believe means the relay is still working.
It does make a noise when I go to start the treadmill as if the motor is trying to move.
It's hard to move the main belt by hand which may indicate something?

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can try to fix it or identify whats up with it?
