Sole F80 Lumpy feeling on belt

Can anyone help? I have a sole F80, the belt isn’t slipping and there is definitely nothing underneath it but I can feel like a lumpy feeling underfoot when the belt is running …when the treadmill is off it feels completely smooth? Any ideas?
