NordicTrack 1750 Commercial dead display?

Hello,

I just moved and reassembled my 2021 NordicTrack 1750 Commercial. When I plugged it in and turned it on, the display did not power on. The Bluetooth light on the console is lit up, so I know the cable connection is delivering power. There was no apparent damage to either the treadmill during moving.

I've tried resetting the display, confirmed it's not plugged into a GFCI outlet, and confirmed the outlet is providing power to other devices plugged in.

What can I try next to either fix the machine or isolate the problem?

  • what I would do is verify the wire harness. make sure none of the wires got pinched or damaged. Also check the connectors.
  • I am having the exact same issue. However i didn't remove or dissassemble mine in anyway. It just randomly happened. After removing my motor cover i notice a solid red led and a solid green led. Also haven't been able to find any information on the internet/youtube as well.
  • Check the voltage in the main harness. you're looking for 8-12VDC between the red and black wires in the harness.
