Horizon fitness 7.0 AT treadmill

Hello,
I have a Horizon fitness 7.0 AT treadmill that stopped working. The treadmill will not come on, and the control board has a green led that blinks 7 times. Any thoughts?

I would check all your connections, sounds like maybe a motor controller has gone bad.
