LED flash codes on NordicTrack Icon MC5100 control card

I am seeing 2 fast flashes on the motor control board (MC5100EDS-50W-V1). Does this indicated a poor connection somewhere on the control board?

I checked that I have good connections to the console.

All functions work except the main drive to the belt.

Could be a motor controller, I would test drive motor to see if its good, if motor test good the you have a bad controller. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/motor-testing
