I have a New Balance 1500 that is about 12 years old. We had it dormant for awhile, but just lubed it up and started using it again about a month ago. It was working fine, but then started to form a crease right in the middle of the belt that got worse the more we ran it. I tried adjusting the belt tension but it just went back to the same thing. I noticed that the belt starts going to the left side of the roller and that kind of causes the crease to happen. I also hear a rubbing sound though In can't see anything that its rubbing against. Do I just need a new belt? Or is there something else I can try?
