PaceMaster Silver Select XP

in Treadmill Problems
Recently Error Code 133 is showing. I have followed all the steps in manual to trouble shoot. Basically, it says black harness may not be plugged in all the way. I reseated it multiple times. Error code persists.
Please advise.

    Error 133 Command Timeout The controller did not receive a response to a command within 0.5 seconds.
    1. replace harness
    2. replace lower board.
