Proform 1080i incline motor hot & no incline

Replaced the incline motor with new one purchased from Proform (Icon Fitness) when it stopped inclining/declining during a workout. Still having same problem which is it won't recalibrate and won't incline/decline. Motor gets hot fast and makes humming sound as long as it is turned on. New motor came with new incline sensor which I replaced as well. Any ideas/solutions?
