Nordictrack Commercial 1500 not working

Hello I have a Nordictrack C 1500 that is not working. The console turns on but the belt or incline do not respond. I have just installed a new motherboard because I was told that it was the issue and it still does not work. Does anyone have any ideas what I can check next?

When you replace the motor controller did you recalibrate treadmill?

Yes, and the darn thing still doesn’t move.

Could it be the reed switch?

Tested the motor and it works.

When you press the start button does time start to count up on console? If it does not then you have a console issue.

Yes the timer does count, I checked the transformer and it is at 11volts. Could this be the issue?

Issue could still be in console, does your incline work?

when you try to increase speed or incline on console do the numbers change on the console?

Yes both count up and down

Only thing you could do is check the main wire harness from top to both and make sure you have continuity with a voltmeter.
