It will turn on, the belt will go only at 4 then nothing else will work on it. Please Treadmill, Doctor hope you can help me ..cannot afford a new Treadmill. Believe it needs a power board. donot have a model number have a # from the computer board of 000 1209 ETGG35610 313713 V1506
