  I would lube underneath your running belt at least every 6 months. Also adjust your running belt.

  @stewbeth That does not seem too old to be making that knocking noise. I just replaced my front roller in my ProForm because of a loud squealing and knocking. Much quieter now.

  Sounds like motor is making the noise.
