What do these codes mean when I start up my treadmill?

Hi all, I have an older keys 8800 treadmill. When I power it up 2 codes pop up on the digital display. They are usually different each time the unit is turned on. Today the codes were 873 & 3278. Where can I find out what exactly these codes mean? Keys is no longer in business and the manual for this model does not have that information. Thanks!

    Those aren't codes, something is wrong with the upper console. That part is NLA
