  I put power on, console starts up and displays but quick start button and all other buttons do not work?

  Sounds like a console issue, if or when you hit start button, does the time start to count up when you do that?

  Start button just beeps. So for console issue - what is the procedure to fixing that? New console? Parts? Thanks

  IF the button beeps when you press it that tells us its working. I would what the mcb light are telling you.

  Green light constantly blinking - LED 1 on diagram you posted from link. Guessing that is the MCB light?
